Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a piece for a different size, so long as your size is not sold out, please reach out to contact@ellamae.xyz.

Goods are not refundable but can be exchanged for different sizing or store credit within 7 days of your order’s delivery. Exchanges will only be accepted if your items are in perfect condition.

Make sure to include all original tags on each piece when exchanging or returning an item. Please note that variations in natural dying is expected and that natural dyes can fade over time. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for these reasons.

There are no returns or exchanges for made to order pieces.

If you are unsure about sizing or have any other inquiries about the products please reach out via email.


Shipping

Every order placed through the website is given a USPS or FedEx tracking number. Ella Mae is not responsible for lost and stolen packages, or for return or exchange shipping costs.

If you would like your order expedited please email contact@ellamae.xyz before purchase.

Customers outside the USA are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.


Customs pieces and collaborations

If you are interested in a custom piece by Ella Mae, please email contact@ellamae.xyz with “Custom Request” as your subject line. 

Make sure to specify the following information when reaching out: where you are based, why you want to connect, deadline, and budget. Also take care to include any reference images.

The Ella Mae studio is based in Los Angeles and we highly recommend clients being able to come in person for fittings when fulfilling a custom request.
