Exchanges

We encourage customers to make thoughtful purchases to minimize the need for exchanges or returns, as each exchange uses resources and creates waste—something we aim to reduce as an environmentally conscious company. Unlike mass e-commerce sites, we don’t absorb the costs of returns or exchanges through pricing or scale. If you have doubts or sizing questions, feel free to reach out to us at contact@ellamae.xyz; we’re more than happy to clarify any questions or concerns!

All sales are final. Exchanges can be accommodated for incorrect sizing if your desired size is not sold out. Items must be in perfect condition, with all original tags attached, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that natural dye variations are expected, and natural dyes may fade over time. Unfortunately, returns cannot be accepted for these reasons. Additionally, made-to-order pieces are final sale, as they are hand-sewn individually for each order.


Shipping

Every order placed through the website is given a USPS or FedEx tracking number. Ella Mae is not responsible for lost and stolen packages, or for exchange shipping costs.

If you would like your order expedited please email contact@ellamae.xyz before purchase.

Customers outside the USA are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country.
